# Troubleshooting

If you encounter any trouble or errors while launching your store, you can refer to the troubleshoot guide below to handle the situation. None of these errors mean that you've broken something - the exact wording on your screen may different from the headings here.

One thing to note - failed attempts don't cost you money as the setup attempt undoes itself.

### You need a payment method

* **What it means:** Your Railway account has no card on it, and Railway won’t create anything billable without one.
* **What to do:** Add a card, then also check your plan to make sure it's Hobby plan and above. Then tell it to try again.

### You're over a limit, or the plan is too small

* **What it means:** You have a card on file, but the account is still on a trial or free tier that can’t keep six services and a database running.
* **What to do:** Move onto Hobby plan or higher in Railway’s billing settings, then tell it to try again. This is the single most common sticking point.

### Something failed once, then worked

* **What it means:** Some failures are environmental rather than real - a permission that only applies inside a restricted sandbox, or a login code that was already used.
* **What to do:** Nothing. A good assistant works this out and says so. If it just retries Launch your online store | Cursor + Railway 34 without explaining, ask `Explain what actually went wrong in plain language.`

### The workflow has stopped and is waiting for you

* **What it means:** This one isn’t a fault. Reaching a question is the normal way this works, it hits \
 something only you can decide and it asks, rather than guessing.
* **What to do:** Read the last message and answer it. If you can’t tell what it wants, ask `What exactly are you waiting on from me? Please list it as simple steps.`

### **Still stuck?**

Ask it to write you a short summary of where it got to, what it created, and what it’s waiting for. Send that summary to whoever is helping you it will save them an hour of questions. You can also reach out to PingBusiness support for help via email (<support@pingbusiness.org>).

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://pingbusiness.gitbook.io/pingbusiness/integration/create-your-store-guide/troubleshooting.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
